POSITION PURPOSE
This position will be responsible for Qualifying the Web enquiries as per the defined targets in line to the In country Marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualify Web Leads in lines to the defined targets
Ensure quality calling and response to IDP students and parents
Manage other IDP touch points - Outbound calls, Web Chat & SMS etc.
Closely work with the reporting manager on the Monthly/Yearly web lead qualification targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree
Preferably has 1-3 years experience in the call centre industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of DIALER functionalities
Ability & Willingness to innovate, self-motivated
Basic computer skills - MS office
