Answering incoming calls and responding to customer's emails
Management and resolve customer complaints
Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
Providing product and service information to customers
Researching required information using available resources
Researching, identifying, and resolving customer complaints using applicable software
Routing calls to appropriate resources
Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognizing, documenting, and alerting the management team of trends in customer calls
Following up customer calls where necessary
Completing call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
Min. with tertiary level education
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Min. 6 mos of experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Good command of the English language verbal and written
Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Customer Service Graphic Design / Web Design 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
