Job Description • Communicates with customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer caller.
Follows escalation procedures as needed.

Job Qualifications We just need candidates who are at least 18 years old, possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field or reached at least 1st year in College with good English communication skills.
