CALL CENTER AGENT - SALES CLOSER (*SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
 
Qualifications:
Excellent command of the English language - NO regional accent
 American near-native accent preferred
 Experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) required
Sales Closing experience is required
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Assist U.S. clients with tax-related concerns and provide accurate information
Resolve issues efficiently with empathy and clarity
Document interactions and transactions accurately
Work closely with the team to meet campaign targets
 Sales experience required (BPO / Call Center experience is a strong advantage)
 NO regional accent - American near-native accent preferred
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Confident, goal-oriented, and coachable
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential U.S. clients through outbound calls
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections professionally
Convert qualified leads into closed deals
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Collaborate with the team to hit daily and weekly targets
