Communicates with client on the phone or by using written correspondence to solve issues.
Awareness of the customers' expectations by way of efficient listening and questioning skills

Job Qualifications:
At least Highschool graduate (old curriculum)
Effective Communication Skills
Strong command of the English language.
With or without BPO experience
