As a Customer Service Representative for Technical and Support Sales, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. You will also be responsible for selling technical products or services to customers. You will be required to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and make appropriate recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using the company's products or services.
Sell technical products or services to customers and provide accurate information on features, pricing, and compatibility.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Document all customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments or senior team members for resolution.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new features, and technical advancements to provide accurate and current information to customers.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer service across all channels.
Provide feedback to management on customer issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Amenable to work on site
At least High School Grad
Good-Excellent Communication Skills
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
