₱ 20,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
A customer service representative (CSR) in consumer electronics is responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Key responsibilities of a CSR in this industry may include:
• Answering customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with product information and technical support.
• Troubleshooting product issues and providing solutions.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns.
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Upselling and promoting products when appropriate.
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Providing feedback to management on customer trends and needs.
Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Requirements
Minimum education level: Junior High School
