CALL CENTER AGENTS
Call Center agents work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. They will work to find new leads through business directories and/or client referrals. They will also be responsible in recommending products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
Informs customers by explaining procedures; providing information and answering questions
Determines eligibility by comparing customers information to requirements
Describes products and services properly and efficiently
Obtains customer information
Desired Skills and Experience
At least College Level
High School/ Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months call center exp. required
Call center experience in a Healthcare campaign is an advantage but not required
Good communication and listening skills
Self-motivated and can work with grace under pressure
Willing to work graveyard shift and/or holidays with FIXED SAT-SUN off
Amenable to work in our office in ORTIGAS PASIG CITY
