QUALIFICATIONS:
* Completed at least 2 years in college
* 1+ yrs call center experience, preferably with healthcare account background
* Proficiency in using written and verbal positive language
* Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and navigation skills
* Adaptability and quick learning skills as well as multitasking
* Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team
* Should possess the ff traits: Customer focus, senior sensitivity, empathy, interpersonal skills, problem solving, perseverance, learning and applying quickly, pro- activeness
* Basic knowledge with MS Office
* Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Salary:
Upon hire - P17,000 Base Pay. Upon passing 14 weeks of training. P17,000 Base Pay +2k account premium allowance
Upon regularization; P17,000 Base Pay +4k account premium allowance +1k Flex Fund = P22,000 package
