Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, or end-users through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, or social media.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, striving for first-call resolution.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience.
Gather relevant information and document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions, technical support, billing inquiries, or account management.
Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage guidelines to customers.
Follow established procedures and guidelines in handling customer requests, complaints, or escalations.
Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to customers, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and quality standards.
Handle irate or difficult customers in a calm and professional manner, aiming to de-escalate conflicts and find effective solutions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields may be preferred.
At least 6 months of BPO proven experience
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in verbal and written English communication; additional language proficiency may be required for specific markets or clients.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and call center software.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
