The Ship to Shore Coordinator will utilize their superior customer service skills to build rapport, recommend, confirm, and manage gift orders, dining and dietary requests, shore excursions, onboard cabanas, and ancillary services. They are a knowledgeable resource for travel advisors, consumers and guests while providing quality information on all calls. They will also maintain the department's telephone service level goals.
Monthly compensation package of PHP23,000 (18k basic + 2K program allowance +3K position allowance)
