Job Description
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer's emails
Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Knowledge in SAP operation and operation and procedures would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrate realibility and dependability.
Demostrate problem solving abilities.
Full coversant in computer operations current version of microsoft offic word and excel
four years experience in a customer care center working environment or releated field
