• 1+ yrs. call center experience, preferably with healthcare account background
• Proficiency in using written and verbal positive language
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and navigation skills
• Adaptability and quick learning skills as well as multitasking
• Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team
• Should possess the ff traits: Customer focus, senior sensitivity, empathy, interpersonal skills, problem solving, perseverance, learning and applying quickly, pro- activeness
• Basic knowledge with MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
