Patisserie and Boulangerie, Inc. (Tangerine Kitchen - Breads and Pastries) an affiliate company of International Culinary Arts Academy Cebu (ICAAC) is in need of a Cake Decorator.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Design and decorate cakes according to customer requests, themes, and company standards.
Apply frosting, fondant, glazes, and other finishes with creativity and precision.
Create decorative elements such as piping, sugar flowers, and edible figures.
Ensure cakes meet both visual appeal and taste quality.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage decorating supplies and assist in inventory monitoring.
Collaborate with bakers and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Handle multiple orders and meet deadlines for events and special occasions.
Qualifications:
Experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
