Job Description
Designing and decorating cakes according to customers' specifications.
Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Diploma certificate or its equivalent in the field of baked goods & cakes
International certificates in food safety & health
Practical courses in the field of baked cakes
Proficiency in spoken & written English
Must be computer savvy and literate. With knowledge in Microsoft office
Knowledge of using 3D printer to prepare various molds
Knowledge of using modern Machines & equipments
Knowledge of using modern methods & techniques in preparing & decorating cake
Knowledge in the design & decoration of various forms of cake
Provides creative idea in cake decorating arts
Knowledge of food culture in raw material
Time management professional in preparations
Good behaviour, ability to communicate with colleagues
