Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
• With or without experience in Quantity Surveying
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in Panglao, Bohol
• To start immediately
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assists in preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates
2. Assists in quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project including but not limited to the following:
a) Square Cost Estimate;
b) Schematic Design Estimate;
c) Conceptual Design Estimate;
d) Design Development Estimate;
e) Definitive Office Estimate;
f) Detailed Bill of Quantities; and
g) Value Engineering.
3. Ensures that all relevant Work Instructions and the organization's Quality Management System are being followed in the preparation of all works being undertaken.
4. Assists in the preparation of all project reports for submission to clients and submits the same for review and evaluation to the Project Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, QTO Unit Head or Estimating Section Head.
5. Assist in the preparation of needed documents for any project meetings.
6. Any other work, projects, or tasks as directed by the Project Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, QTO Unit Head, or Estimating Section Head.
7. Exemplify qualities that would encourage staff loyalty, teamwork, and dedication to the organization.

Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Cost analysis, Engineering, Planning
