JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and establish inspection criteria for proper implementation of the project. The cadet engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from planning to completion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects.
Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
Assist with checking of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures.
Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
Prepare engineering plans in Autocad and Visio, project schedule, accomplishment reports in MS Excel, Powerpoint.
Conduct site surveys for proposed and new projects and take off estimations of materials quantity and labor costs.
Attend trainings and seminars for designer/installer certification to various company products and services.
Collaboration to sales department for the needed project costings.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and support.
Attending company internal and project meetings (on-site/online).
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure project compliance with the applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent the team in the field.
Create frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
Perform other task assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
Proven work experience as Cadet Engineer
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and Visio
Excellent MS Office Skills
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Excellent project management and supervision skills
Knowledgeable of applicable policies, standards and best practices
