Job Responsibilities:
Assist in execution of day-to-day operations for assigned area
Participate in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities
Fulfill training requirements and meet project deliverables
Identify risks and recommend areas of improvement and innovation in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity
Create and implement best practice principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational performance
Collect, analyze, review data and generate reports
Requirements:
Graduate of any engineering course; preferably a licensed professional
Possess strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
High computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
Willing to be assigned in manufacturing site in Bataan or Quezon City
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
