Job Description:
Upkeep of maintenance records such as Machine History, Calibration Report, Machine manuals, Reference manuals etc.
Monitoring of installed capacitor on machine by zone.
Monitoring and recording of running hours on auxiliary equipment.
Taking minutes of meeting on Maintenance group
Perform ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation works
Perform computer works on Maintenance Report
Perform project analysis and computation
To recommend possible improvement on Maintenance System and Procedures.
To assist Line Maintenance in troubleshooting , repair and installation.
Perform calibration on thermo controller with corresponding calibration report & update history
Implements and comply with all the policies, operational procedures, work instructions and with the requirements of Product Safety and QMS, EMS, SA, Occupational Health and Safety including Emergency Preparedness and Response and GMP and 5S Standards.
