About the job CAD OperatorPosition Title: CAD OperatorWork Set Up: On-siteSchedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PH TimeJob Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark PampangaQuick Rundown:We are looking for a CAD Operator to monitor and prepare detailed plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans, including preliminary, construction, and as-built drawings. This role involves applying markups, creating schematics, developing 3D details, and ensuring all designs meet client specifications and industry standards. The specialist ensures accuracy, layout consistency, and compliance with technical requirements.What You'll Do:
Prepares preliminary, for constructions and as built plans for the following services:
PlumbingMechanicalElectricalApplies mark up to the plansCreates mechanical and electrical detailsLayouts plans with respect to the mark up detail provided by the clientFollow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawingsEnsures that schematics (electrical and mechanical) matches the layout within the plansCreates 3D detailsWhat We're Looking For:At least 1 year experience in construction industryAny degree with Architecture or EngineeringProficient in using Autocad and SketchupWith good communication and comprehension skillsStrong Attention to detailsWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
