We are currently looking for a CAD Manager to join our growing team.
As a CAD Manager, you will manage a division within the CAD technical department and implement CAD procedures and templates for use across all projects and all disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Line management responsibilities for the team, including performance appraisals and driving individual development.
Produce relevant KPIs and measurement tools for review by President.
Manage incoming and outgoing workload and ensure all work is completed in the required timeframe.
Liaise with CAD Team Leaders regarding technical issues, training, and other CAD system issues.
Liaise with the CAD Team Leaders and ensure all work is completed on time and to a professional standard.
Production of CAD drawings to a high quality in accordance with clients standards.
Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with customer requirements/procedures.
Understand the company process within the department.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board) in Architecture or Industrial Engineering.
With 8+ years experience in Retail, Joinery, and Fit-out.
Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Filipino.
Must be Proficient in English with Positive Attitude, Detail -Oriented, Capable of working within assigned Deadlines, a team player, proactive in problem-solving, Customer Service Oriented, and can work with Overseas clients.
Applicants with Overseas working experience are preferable.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of 2D / 3D AutoCAD software.
Committed to working towards set objectives, good people skills, and managing the expectations of stakeholders.
