Requirements
We are looking for a CAD Designer (Interiors) in Manila.
In brief
You will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of Corporate Interior projects in the Manila studio. You will be required to produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to tender and construction stage. The ideal candidate should be able to provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the time-line, quality, assurance standards and project specifications.
Specific Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for preparing interior design drawings/ documentation sets given information and/or sketch drawings.
You be responsible for preparing fully coordinated and accurate sets of tender, construction, as-built drawings for interior design drawing packages.
You will be responsible for ensuring that quality of work is consistent with company's documentation as well as professional standards.
What we expect
This position requires good technical ability to understand interior design drawing packages, knowledge and ability to produce full set drawings including tender, construction and detail.
Does this describe you?
You have 5 years' experience as an Interior CAD draftsman/ designer handling corporate interior projects
You hold a Diploma in Interiors or Architecture with expertise and high level proficiency of AutoCAD
You have knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design
You are highly attentive to detail, well-organised and reliable
You have excellent time management and organization skills along with good coordination and communication skills
You have the ability to work well under pressure
