What do you do as a CAD-BIM Operator
As a CAD/BIM Engineer, you will work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team; you will work on landmark projects in the Philippines and internationally, using cutting edge digital applications.
The role will be a mix of office and on-site works, working alongside skilled and experienced national and international colleagues.
You will be involved through all stages of projects, focusing on the digitization of our design process through:
Set up basis for 3D models (points clouds, collect open source data, transforming data)
Develop classification and standardized attributes for the project
Lead the modelling approach for projects and develop this in collaboration with the team to achieve project requirements
Develop 3D models in Civil3D using alignments, corridors and Royal HaskoningDHV internal assembly generating system
Translate Civil3D surfaces into 3D solids
Set up federated models in Navisworks
Export designs to Infraworks
Analyse data in PowerBI/Tableau
Support the design of coastal and geotechnical elements in Revit

What you bring
Profile & Competencies:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office suite
Proficiency in Revit is beneficial
Experience with other applications (Navisworks, Recap, Infraworks, BIM 360 and GIS software, Python scripting) is beneficial
Site experience and management of contractor's works is beneficial
Ability to produce civil design models, drawings and quantity take-offs
Clear understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Open communication and good English (written and spoken)
Proactive and solution orientated with curiosity for relevant developments
Actively seek advice and support from experts within Royal HaskoningDHV
Qualifications & Experience:
5-10 years relevant work experience
Bsc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering or other relevant degree
Tech savvy, highly curious about learning other software and ways of working
