Description
Develop manufacturing process of cable harness and AC/DC cable assy product.Design test fixture equipment and programs. Set up and qualify parts, machines,test equipment, test fixtures and programs.Provide and implement process improvement
Duties & Responsibilities
 Build and qualify new product
 Develop process flow of product and identify suitable tools, equipment and machine
 Develop process improvement initiatives including automation and mchanization
 Actively participate in development of test error proofing process
 Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action on in-process trend failures related to manufacturing of product.
 Design assembly fixtures and tools to error proof process.
 Qualify and certify machines, test equipment and test fixtures.
 Lead in the development of new product SPI (standard process instruction)
 Develop test procedures for production use.
 Actively participate in training production tech and operators
 Conduct test process FMEA.
 Lead to conduct Machine Preventive Maintenance
 Conduct GRnR studies on machine/test equipment.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
