Description
Develop manufacturing process of cable harness and AC/DC cable assy product. Design test fixture equipment and programs. Set up and qualify parts, machines, test equipment, test fixtures and programs. Provide and implement process improvement.
1.Build & qualify new product.
2. Develop process flow of product and identify suitable tools, equipment and machine.
3. Develop process improvement initiatives including automation and machine.
4. Actively participate in development of test error proofing process.
5. Conduct test process FMEA and GRnR studies on machine/ test equipment.
6. Develop test procedures for production use.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
