Job Description
The C++ engineer is responsible for writing, maintaining and supporting Damstra Technology wearable technology specifically around the Samsung Galaxy Watch ecosystem. The engineer will use best practice development methodology to maintain existing software applications and develop new functionality that aligns with Damstra's product roadmap and strategic vision. The engineer will write programming code, perform testing and support systems throughout the entire SDLC from inception and POC to in-field and scaling to millions of users. The engineer will contribute to projects and support other teams as consistent with the Damstra DNA. The engineer may also decide to branch out into other mobile based ecosystems such as Android Wear OS and iOS.

Qualifications
Experience
>2 years programming experience as a mid/senior developer
Proven experience delivering web software applications
Education
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is desirable but not required
Industry certifications desirable
Specialised Knowledge and Skills
