Coordinator, Compensation and Benefits
Are you knowledgeable in all aspects of Government Benefits processes?
Are you highly organized to ensure that all documents, reports and trackers of employees are updated and accurate?
Are you someone who respond to employee's benefits query and concerns on a timely manner?
Your role as the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator is to support and assist the team in the administration and processing of all employee compensation and benefits processes. The role will also entail answering related queries and providing resolutions on related issues.
You will have an opportunity to...
-Process on-site concerns including government documents, clearances and HMO cards
-Visit government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, BIR, HDMF) to address critical cases, as needed
-Assist in performing BIR registration for company compliance (BIR 1902)
-Assist in preparing government documents (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR) on a per-request basis
-Assist in processing monthly employment reports (enrollment and separation) to government agencies (SSS/Philhealth/HDMF)
-Assist in SSS / HDMF loan tracking and reporting
-Maintain and organize C&B files and documents

aintain good documentation and filing for all documents related to employee benefits
-Answer employee queries within capacity
-Conduct C&B orientation as needed
-Coordinate regularly with various groups within the organization
-Ad-hoc tasks, as required
You will be a great fit on our team if...
-Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast paced and stressful environment
-Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
-Computer-literate
-Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
-Preferably has experiences dealing with government agencies
-6 months to one (1) year of experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
-Willing to work full-time, primarily daytime hours in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required, depending on peak periods)
