Perform other related duties as required by superior or higher management
Ability to work in a fast-paced team & highly organized
Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course
2-3 years' work experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain
Experience in inventory movement, packaging, and costings
Experience with ERP Systems, preferably PRONTO
Preferably experienced working in a BPO (Client in Wholesale & Retail Industry)
Strong oral and written English communication skills
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills specially Microsoft excel (VLOOKUP and other formula)

Buying and Shipping Assistant (ACP)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Create Supplier Codes/Sets Up Codes for Newly Purchased Items
Contacting suppliers to place orders, reconfirm details of orders, keep the orders progressing & meeting project deadlines
