As Buyer:
Sourcing/buying the right products as per requirement.
Keep accurate records of purchases.
Ensure that the delivery of all purchases are correct, complete and in good condition.
Negotiate with supplier to get the product with the best price.
Communicate and relay reports to the supervisor, sales and PPIC.
Develop a good relationship with supplier for easier and faser transaction.
Estimate future buying needs.
Follow-up buying process and update the buying status.
Collecting sample product and analyze them in terms of price, quality and availability for different suppliers and make a buying decison.
Resolving all vehicle safety issues by eouting vehicles to the motor pool in charge or appropriate service facilities for needed repairs.
Ensure that damage vehicles are repaired and restored to working state.
Keep and follow safety with valid driver's license on hand at all times.
From time to time, drives office vehicle for transport of authorized personnel going to and from official business.
As Tool Room Assistant:
Releasing of supplies/hardwares (upon presentaiton of duly approved withdrawal slip and sales invoice).
Organize items according to each kind and class for easy access.
Maintain cleanliness inside the tool room premises.
Monitoring of stocks.
Other functions that may arise from time to time.
High school graduate or college level of any technical course
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position or acquired skills specifics to purchase and tool room keeper
Computer literate (Micrsoft Office Word, Excel,etc.)
Good time management and organizing skills
Decision making, problem solving, negotiation skills
Has a sense of urgency and knows calculated risk taking
Confident, diligent, disciplined and must posess leadeship skills
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Manufacturing and Production Furniture 3 openings Graduated from high school
