Job Description:
Develop ad hoc analyses and monitor reports on overall BSC performances
Collaborate on reporting and data-related projects with cross function departments.
Coordinate closely with SPX and BSC Partners to ensure good performance to meet customer requirements
Build relationship and work closely with BSC partners to ensure compliance and adherence to service agreement, processes and policies.
Identify and build strategic BSC locations to increase buyer coverage/penetration.
Manage team members KPI. Keeping them motivated at all times
Identify specific goal for each and develop team member skills for their growth
Pushing external and internal stakeholders for initiatives approved by management
Help partnership team with negotiations in operational processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management or any related course
At least 5 years working experience in Order Fulfillment / project coordination / E-commerce operations
Experience coordinating with 3PL/Stakeholder management or Operations/Logistics is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational systems applicable in logistics, warehouse, transportation and retail industry
Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous and detail-oriented
Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure
Strong communication skill with negotiation for external stakeholders meeting
Quick to respond actions needed for sudden operational concerns
Comfortable on making judgments under a quick timeframe
Able to do coaching skills for the team members. Building rapport and demonstrate empathy at all times to help in work coordination
