POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages the day-to-day Konica Minolta shoreside and shipboard multi-function program and other at-sea print shop services. Issue purchase orders as needed. Validate and process invoices. Responsible for managing leases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Makes procurement decision and recommendations for Workplace Solutions in support of the Konica Minolta Program and other print shop services.
Subject matter expert on the PO process and supplier responsibilities and train suppliers as necessary.
Responsible for making decisions regarding the sourcing and purchasing of new printers for the ships and places purchase orders as needed after gaining proper approval.
Follows a procurement strategy.
Issue Purchase Orders and ensures receiving is completed in a timely manner.
Resolves IIDs in a timely manner and follows procurement procedures to minimize the number of IIDs.
Manages the Ryan Edwards Print Shop operating model and provides technical support and escalation path to resolution.
Manages Printer Logic software application feature as well as deployment and maintenance.
Ensures leases are paid on time and that end of leases are completed on time.
Coordinates the resale of equipment.
Collect and manage all Konica, printer and Print Shop equipment and be able to ask question regarding what is currently in place.
Coordinates the purchase of new printers for the ships and places purchase orders as needed after gaining proper approval.
Provides guidance to internal customers during budget preparation such as product and service pricing.
Works independently and prioritizes based on projects needs and time lines. Assists other team members when workload warrants.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
$25,000 expenditure limit per PO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School education acceptable. Associate degree or equivalent preferred
3-5 yrs. of program management experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
JDE, Tungsten, MLS, Crunchtime, and deployment schedule experience is preferred.

When visiting a ship employee may need to climb steep stairs, work in tight spaces, and work in a hot environment.
Work Environment:

The environment includes work inside/outside the office, travel to other offices, travel domestic and international. A high noise level is possible if visiting shipboard or offsite locations.
