He/she will assist Residence Club Officers with guest errands and specific needs, ensuring seamless and personalized service. He/she must possess sufficient product knowledge in food, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages.The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrate active listening, and maintain a genuine, customer-oriented approach. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with others, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to diverse environments and tasks. Strong knowledge of food service, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages is essential, along with prior experience as a Butler or in a similar hospitality role.Other standard responsibilities:

Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
Motivate and develop team members
Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
