Job Description
Record quantity of meat received and issued to cooks and/or keep records of meat sales
Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, poultry, and fish, to prepare meat in cooking form
Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must be knowledgeable with food safety, meat hygiene and personal hygiene standard
