The Butcher provides various butchering tasks such as weighing, wrapping, cutting, and trimming meat from larger wholesale portions, as well as provide customer service and institutional requirements of clients. The candidate must ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.

» Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
» Cut, debone, or grind pieces of meat
» Sharpen and adjust knives and cutting equipment
» Weigh, wrap, and display meat or meat products
» Cut or prepare meats to specification or customers' orders
» Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature
» Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
» Familiar with Beef and Lamb products
» Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments.
» Coordinating deliveries or order pickups.
» Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
» At least 2 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Must be willing to work in long hours during holiday season
» Must be able to work with minimum supervision
» Willing to work in Makati or Alabang.
» Good attention to detail
