JOB BRIEF:
You will process and prepare a variety of meats for retail or restaurant sale. You should have an extensive knowledge of meat cuts and standard weights; prepare steaks, cutlets, and loins.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
If you’re the right person for this position, you must be TOUGH, CURIOUS, DRIVEN & have PRIDE in your work with at least one (1) year experience as a Butcher.
