Tasks and duties:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
· Create and map out strategic plans to ensure target with sales will be met and expansion of customer base.
· Recruiting of Financial advisors that will be placed your supervision
· Meet and exceed targets of your team
· Conduct sales forecasting and developing sales quota for the team
· Study the competitive financial market trends
· Coaching and mentoring of Financial advisors under your team
Qualifications:
· College Graduate, any field
· Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience
· Specialization in Financial Service (Insurance, Banking) is preferred, not required
· Ability to recruit and lead 15 productive team members
· Ability to work with excellence and integrity
· A team-player and values open communication
· Is goal-oriented and self-driven
