Job Description:
The Capital Markets UAT & Systems Implementation team eliminate or mitigate production issues in Capital Markets systems through testing of application changes in a non-production environment prior to production deployment. Mitigate adverse impacts to Capital Markets systems and data due to changes in upstream systems though downstream testing. Manage projects / implementations of code changes to PEGA and RISSK applications. Review and assess documentation for proposed changes to upstream systems to determine impacts to Capital Markets systems and processes. Focus on continuous communication and collaboration with counterparts in different business units and specialized area to ensure efficient end to end testing is done. Provide timely support to Servicing Operations and Investor Remedy by managing configuration changes to applications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance)
Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completed
Analyze business requirements, create test scripts, and execute test scripts for all necessary scenarios. Document and manage defects resulting from testing.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide consistent follow up on the status of issues
Responsible for helping to facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various applications
Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups
Knowledge and Experience
Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of mortgage servicing, capital markets, loan documentation, underwriting, or other credit experience required
Must be able to perform in a high pressure, time sensitive environment
Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, Internet Navigation
Knowledgable with applications for testing and project management (i.e., ALM, JIRA, SharePoint) is a plus
Knowledgable with Home Lending systems (i.e. MSP, MPX, CLM, SWS, CMDM, IVAULT) is a plus
