WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
This role should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be a deadline driven self-starter. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation Delivery, this role is expected to lead, manage, and deliver small to medium size key strategic business transformation OPS projects and initiatives that will help uplift VONB, KPIs, CX etc.
He/ She is expected to develop relationships with all levels of executives, staff and vendors and oversee the accuracy, timely, and complete delivery of supported projects, from initiation to post deployment
The position will work closely with Operations Business Heads and will have plenty of exposure to the AIA Philippines Leadership Team.
Lead the small to medium sizetransformation projects/ initiatives to achieve fast, simple, and easy customer service that provides a consistent experience through traditional and digital channels.
Helps to create business cases and coordinate discussions with the different stakeholders to ensure the soundness and applicability of all values declared in the business case.
Assist in ensuring that scope of the project is clear, achievable, agreed upon and is aligned with the expectations of the project owner and sponsor.
Assist in tracking the total project spend to keep all activities withing the allocated costs and help evaluate the need for any deviation, in order to properly report them to the stakeholders for proper disposition.
Helps prevent deliverables from being produced beyond the target schedules to achieve a timely delivery of the projects. Join in collaborative discussions within the project team in developing strategy to help determine activities to get back on track status should there be any deviations form the plan delivery date.
Helps identify any roadblocks or challenges that prevents the project team in achieving the scope, time, spend and quality targets. Coordinate discussions to help resolves these roadblocks.
Assist in ensuring that key management and all stakeholders are informed, and updated with the status of developments, and whether the project is on track to achieve its targets
Track project logistics including:
Organize regular or ad hoc meetings and keep them productive
Keep issue and roadblock logs
Maintain a work breakdown register
Activities against a project calendar
