Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing, documenting and implementing detailed design specifications and/or modifications of the ERP system and its attendant peripheral applications in accordance to user requirements and business needs. Performs prototyping, testing and configuration including design and development of process flows, system linkages, data movements, processing controls and source code development.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Math/ Physics/ Computer Engineering or any Engineering Course
2-3 years Programming experience, 1-2 years Systems Analysis/ Design experience, 1 year Project Management experience                   
Full knowledge of the SAP R/3 system with specialization in selected business modules in SAP (e.g. Human Resources/ Financials/ Controlling, Service Management, Sales & Distribution) that are being used by HCMI, ABAP Programming and Testing, Database/SQL Programming, Visual Basic Programming and Testing, Project Management, Communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Team player, results-oriented, analytical problem solver, with excellent communication and presentation skills, outgoing and able to work with all levels in the company, with a continuous desire to learn
