Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Effectively communicate with business users to create requirements and functional specifications.
Work with software engineers to communicate requirements and ensure that the applications work in accordance with the specs.
Analyze source system data, identification of business rules and data elements for data transformation/migration.
Write SQL Queries to reconcile data discrepancies. (Does NOT have to be a SQL expert)
Find opportunities for processes improvement and propose solutions.
Required Skills/Experience

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience being a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, with some of it focused on Data.
You can write SQL. (We love to see some samples you wrote)
You take ownership and solve problems when you see them.
You are able to understand and reason about complex business process.
You have good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business users, software engineers and testers.
You learn fast and are able to get up to speed on new tools and technologies.
You have high empathy and a keen sense of understanding how other people think.
Education
4-year degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
