About the Business System Analyst - Finance System (IT) Role:
In this job, you will play a critical role in the implementation of new products, systems, and supporting various finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of user and technical level documentation. Document changes and create troubleshooting guides
Responsible for the support, maintenance and project roll out of finance system
Assist in the development of finance systems, robust testing of new functionality, processes and setups and preparation of related documentation for sign off
Drive enhancements and new initiatives of finance system
Identify business requirements from the finance team, translate into specifications and recommend technical solutions
Provide end-to-end project management competency to support the finance system projects
Act as the subject-matter expert by providing operational expertise in the department
Evaluate current architecture to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure enhancements are implemented and documented as per corporate standards and guidelines
To succeed in this Business System Analyst - Finance System (IT) role, you will need to work hand in hand with the biggest division of the company involving finance management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, accountancy, information systems, or other relevant majors
Four to nine years of business analysis and/or project management experience
Must have good understanding of finance systems
Good stakeholder management experience with finance and technology teams
Strong experience in requirements gathering, impact analysis, functional testing and documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
Strong sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities
Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 is preferred
Independent and works well across different functions and opportunities for improvement
Ensure enhancements are implemented and documented as per corporate standards and guidelines
