Business Support Executive, Food & Beverage (Philippines)
As this is an important role for our Food & Beverage business in the Philippines, you will be responsible for the business support extension to our local cross functional teams in Sales, Marketing and Technical. You will function as the administration assistant of the Country Director and will be responsible in all Taste, Nutrition & Health (TN&H) related administration activities supporting the Philippines TN&H team's and regional visitors' requirements.
The Position
Business Support
Monitor sales performance and compare business targets with bimonthly reports to the Country Director and Sales Team
Work with Sales and Marketing Teams in Budget Planning
Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Teams in Strategic Planning
Prepare formal quotation for submission to specific Salesperson and insert in master list
Update local and regional Pricing team on selling price of flavors for TRAPP update
Ensure that outstanding and overdue accounts are settled through close collaboration with Sales and Finance Teams
Monitor Must-Win Projects and remind Sales team to update regularly
As local Project Lead, approve and make decisions for process and organizing alignment
Provide resource support in areas such as workshop, user acceptance testing and system migration (ERP)
Arrange delivery of flavor/market samples to clients and Symrise affiliates
Prepare weekly sales forecast (ASF)
Prepare distributor, agency agreements along with Contract Summary Sheets (CSS), liaise with key stakeholders and ensure completion
Liaise with relevant stakeholders on other agreements (NDA, Supply Agreements) and ensure completion
Administration
Maintain office supplies and monitor office facilities and equipment and in consultation with the supervisor to take appropriate action to ensure proper functioning at all times (for TN&H group)
Make travel arrangements such as booking flights and making hotel and restaurant reservations
Schedule and arrange meeting/workshops as required
Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
Create and maintain filing system, both electronic and manual and as well as general clerical duties
Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food Science, Chemistry or related disciplines
At least 3 years of experience in Business, Admin & Sales Support and/or Customer Service.
Good understanding of the local Food Industry & FMCG Companies dealing with Food Manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
Proficient in Communication (verbal and written) and Interpersonal skills with excellent customer service knowledge
Proficient in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
Attention to detail and a strong team player.
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
