1. Partners with other areas to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and controls
2. Manage partner's portfolio of projects and track progress to milestones
3. Engage both external and internal partners in delivering AXA strategic projects related to technology/systems, finance and/or marketing campaigns
4. Work directly with AXA Business Leaders, as well as with senior officers to deliver improved customer service, greater efficiency and overall achievement of the Dealer Channel KPI.
5. Act as work stream lead and support projects according to business needs, closely working together with other functions
Qualifications
1. Candidate must have 2-5 working experience
2. Having a deep background on motor insurance business is a plus
3. Candidate must be able to interact with different stakeholders for different projects
4. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree related to any of the following function (industrial engineering, project maanagement, management engineering, marketing etc)
