Job Description
The Business Solutions Manager looks at how a company operates - conducting research and analyzing data to develop their knowledge - and suggest methods for the company to improve theirpractices and processes. This is usually done with the aim of helping the company increase revenue, solveexisting business problems and/or better achieve their goals. They scrutinize information using data analysis tools. The meaningful results they pull from the raw data help their employers or clients make important decisions by identifying various facts and trends.
Tasks
Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business
Gather data, analyze statistics, and present analytical reports
Detect issues and investigating ways to resolve them
Assess the pros and cons of possible strategies
Compile and present information orally, visually and in writing
Make recommendations for improvement, using computer models to test them, and present
findings to client
Support/participate in any monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups when necessary.
Produce reports for management upon request or on a regular basis.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service skills
Has the ability to manage stressful situations, particularly when closing out a month or fiscal year.
Willingness to work in Makati on a permanent night shift and occasional Saturday shifts
