Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
Communicate as part of Philippines & ASEAN resource and work together in order to produce best solution which shall fullfill customer's requirements.
Act as the primary technical interface to customer as well as to sales team, owning the technical responsibility for basic requirements analysis, solution architecture and basic design.
Work with our sales team to make solution sales pitches and design work to match customers' business needs and environment.
Research and implement best practices framework that will control costs, provide higher re-usability & quality, and increase predictability of our service delivery.
Set high level design objectives using customer case requirements, and review and critique software designs proposed by Verint delivery and engineering developers.
Lead the production of deployment architecture and solution level design document.
Be innovative, continuously think and asses the next step, and be one step ahead of our customers.
Execute demo and presentation to show the value of Verint solution not only for prospect but also marketing activities.
Drive and initiate cloud sales activity.
Give local market feedback weekly to improve GTM strategy.
To work as key part of sales organization in order to support a heavily led consulting sale.
To understand business processes within the contact center environment. To build, document and present business cases for Verint solutions.
To position and present the proposed solution to end users, technical staff, operations, senior managers and C- level.
To identify groups that need to be educated on the technology and deliver the required training and knowledge transfer.
To organize training sessions for channels and alliance professionals on how to sell and position the Company and its solutions for the Contact Centre, Back-office and Enterprise markets.
To take ownership for drafting and managing high quality responses to RFPs and RFIs.
To build a strong working relationship with the relevant groups within Verint including engineering, sales, services, alliances and business partners where appropriate.
Assist in the selling process of Verint Systems solutions to prospects and current customers.
Lead in specifying the integration solutions.
Act as an integral team member working to achieve regional and team sales goals.
Manage pending sales situations from a technical pre-sales perspective, working along with Sales team both in-house and on-site, providing all support for achieving success in sales.
To work together within presales team to handle multiple deals together, along with other tasks presales own and executes.
Participation in trade shows.
Approximately 30+% travels required.

People Specification
Education and Experience Requirements:
A BS or preferably a MS degree in a technical discipline and five years industry experience in telecommunications / call center technology.
Requirements:
Knowledge in the one of the following areas is critical: VoC, WFM, BI, CTI, CRM, Voice recording, PBX/ACD, DFE, BO
Knowledge and experiences in following area are a must have: web based application, database, networking, and (any) cloud technology
Experience in system integration as a member of project for at least 5 years
Previous Pre-sales experience answering and proposing for RFP is a definite plus.
Superior people skills.
Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.
Strong verbal/written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, highly organized and team-oriented.
Must have good commercial judgment and be capable of working in an aggressive sales environment.
