The incumbent can conceptualize, develop, and clearly articulate client solutions with the problem being solved, value proposition, internal business gain, and financial proformas. In support of the New Business Development team, the Business Solutions Architect may interface directly with clients to present the solution in a compelling and credible manner. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Using their own experience and collaborating with other departments, assists in the creation of RFI responses for existing or prospective Client RFI's. __% of work time Collaborates with the Business Development, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, and Client Services teams to continually improve our existing and offers ideas for new portfolio solutions. __% of work time Researches existing and prospective client organizations to identify potential needs or opportunities to develop new solutions. Collaborates with IT, Client Services, and business partners to analyze industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of best practices, technologies, and solutions. __% of work time Partners with the Marketing team to strengthen our solution collateral and market presence. May be asked to join client meetings in person or remotely and trade conferences. __% of work time Uses finance experience to assist with contract renewals, analysis, and crafting innovative client pricing structures. __% of work time Demonstrates exceptional written and oral business communication skills. Collaborates with Marketing, Client Services, and Sales to translate solutions into concise client presentations that convey the value proposition and anticipated outcomes with a combination key points supported by key points and graphical representations. __% of work time Develops and enhances internal business partner relationships by communicating effectively, anticipating needs and understanding the stakeholder's business, organization and objectives. __% of work time Requirements Bachelor's degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination thereof 5 or more years of BPO contact center experience 5 years of relevant business writing and presentation crafting experience 3 years directly interfacing with clients as a credible subject matter expert Possess strong business sense to turn research and analytics into actionable recommendations with measurable business or client impact. Proven experience managing assigned work through influence without direct control. Action oriented with an eager willingness to roll up sleeves, dig into the details, and do whatever it takes to get requests done. Research skills to stay at the forefront of the BPO industry Excellent knowledge of call center technology and general operations practices Exceptional interpersonal skills, flexible, positive thinking, team collaboration Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet and work directly with company leadership at all levels throughout the company Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions Highly motivated and self-driven Able to multi-task with extremely high attention to detail Relies on a wide range of experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
