Our company, IBG CONSULTING, located in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Business Sales Agent to be based in our Philippines office.
Location: Anest Tower, Grove, Los Baños Laguna
Timings: Sundays to Thursdays; 1:00 pm to 10:00pm (9am to 6pm DXB time)
Job Purpose:
Responsible to develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their business needs, and to convert them to opportunities to achieve Sales Target.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Contact prospective clients and respond to enquiries about new business registration
-Win new deals from provided leads and own leads to meet personal and team target
-Attend and participate in networking groups and events, trade shows, community organizations, and other venues to promote product and services, and to answer questions from potential clients
-Attend internal sales meeting as required
-Follow up on leads and prospects generated through any of our marketing channel and maintain accurate records on the CRM
-Communicate clearly, comprehensively, and with complete professional and personal integrity
-Consult and make recommendations to prospect customers as per their business needs
-Meet personal and sales target (monthly, quarterly and annual targets)
-Assure the preparation of all the required documents from the clients side to create smooth processing environment
-Learn about competitors' products, and consumer interest to provide comprehensive information
-Proactively make recommendations to improve direct marketing campaigns to open new channels , increase income and cost efficiency
-Maintain relationship with existing customers through regular visits
-Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics code
-Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities
-Keep up to date on products, current industry trends, market activities and competitors
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in related field
-2+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing

Must be a college graduate.
Sales and Marketing experience is a must.
