Job Description:
CCB Business Resiliency partners with Business Process Managers to ensure that resiliency planning is in place and tested so that bank operations will continue during a variety of disruptive events with minimal impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for one or more CCB Line of Businesses or Operations group, setting a high standard to project manage the annual renewal of CCB resiliency documents - BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and BRP (Business Resiliency Plans)
Control quality and ensures records in the firm-wide resiliency tool (RDMS - Resiliency Data Management System) are accurate, complete and up to date
Work with the Business Stakeholders at all levels to develop BRPs that are of high quality and dedicated to minimizing the business risk profile
Demonstrate analytical skills in assessing any resiliency risks based on the BRPs and that any risks identified are socialized, documented and mitigated accordingly
Demonstrate risk management skills to ensure BRPs meet the corporate standards
Influence Senior Leaders to establish the priority for mitigating identified resiliency risks
Coordinate the business process' participation and completion of annual resiliency testing as required by the corporate standards
Interact with Senior Business Resiliency Manager in creation and presentation of special initiatives and uplift for supported LOBs
Participate and contribute to department centric projects with strategic focus, continuous successful execution of deliverables with superior project management skills
Be an extension of the partner business line in order to influence Senior Leaders from line to create robust and thorough BIA/Plans
Develops relationships in cross-lines of business to generate opportunities for synergies and best practice sharing
Be the primarily point of contact for CCB leadership in Cebu for matters relating to resiliency
Take a lead role in coordinating response to any crisis events affecting Cebu, following the documented procedures
Support and work with the Philippines CCB Business Resiliency crisis lead in response to any crisis events affecting the Philippines Corporate Center
Minimum Qualifications

-12 months tenure in current role and job level
-Outside the Prescriptive Period for a Suspension case at the time of the application
-Not in any PIP or within the cleansing period
