We are expanding and looking for a Business Relationship Manager-Finance Systems (APAC) to join our Regional Finance Systems team in Singapore!
As SAP Business Relationship Manager, you will report to the APAC Finance Systems Director and be responsible to drive synergies between the Finance Systems team and senior business leadership across APAC markets to solve strategic finance problems by synchronising global core solutions with local priorities.
You will drive the optimisation of global core finance system solutions, while also take into consideration business feedback as the baseline for finance systems transformation.
Responsibilities:
Communicate FS solutions, roadmap, vision, deployment status updates to senior management across multiple functions (e.g Finance, Commercial, Product)
Be the bridge! Ability to articulate complicated matters in simple terms to senior management, technical teams and finance professionals
Collaborate with FS Leadership to drive synchronization between local priorities and global roadmap
Identify business feedback and pain points, provide escalation management, anticipate business needs while considering technical or operational constraints
You will need to have a strong critical sense and be able to challenge local demands and have the ability to say 'no' while maintaining good relationships with business stakeholders
Become a single point of contact on critical issues escalation across all APAC markets and coordinate issue resolution in a proactive manner
Basic Qualifications:
Very strong communication & influencing skills
Approx. 8-10 years' experience in Finance ecosystem (both business and IT)
Experience with SAP ECC 6 or S/4 HANA
Demonstrated experience in the main Digital Finance technologies (SAP ECC 6 or S/4 HANA, FP&A tools and processes, best-of-breed tools such as Tagetik, HighRadius, FIS Integrity, Thompson Reuters Tax, Lockbox, etc)
Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics or Computer Science.
Experience in leading Finance Process improvement / Finance Transformation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Management consulting experience in Business and IT transformation
MBA or PMP certification (or equivalent)
