Primary Responsibilities
Lead and implement high visibility initiatives such as new market launches, business development and other growth opportunities
Provide analysis and support on topics such as the competitive environment, health care industry, government relations and new market opportunities
Help create new solutions to address difficult and long-standing challenges in improving health care outcomes
Support senior leaders in engaging with and influencing broad public health care policy development
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program (MBA/MPH/MHA preferred) with a graduation date by the end of June 2023
Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
Relevant work experience in strategy, management consulting, product or general management in a health care related field
Strong history of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders and exhibiting executive presence.
Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems.
Ability to champion continuous change, consult with versatility, exhibit personal leadership and model a customer orientation
Ability to effectively drive results in a dynamic, matrixed environment with a high degree of organizational change, growth and ambiguity
Willing to work out of our Minnetonka, MN corporate office
Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
